Dave Campbell's Texas Football is tracking schedule changes across college football in the state of Texas. See a full list of rescheduled games at the bottom. For any additional cancellations we have not listed, please email shehan.jeyarajah@texasfootball.com.

*Note: Rice opted to postpone all games until Oct. 24. We are not counting those games towards our total tracker. 

Week 15

Big 12

  • Baylor vs. Oklahoma State: The Bears have shut down football activities due to rising numbers in the Baylor program. The game is still scheduled at this point. 
  • (24) Texas at Kansas: Cancelled due to rising COVID-19 numbers within the Texas Longhorns program. The game will not be rescheduled. Texas' regular season is over. 

SEC

  • (23) Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss: Postponed due to positive tests and contact tracing in the Ole Miss football program. Unless there are cancellations on Dec. 19, the game will not be rescheduled. 

Conference USA

  • North Texas vs. UTEP: Moved from El Paso to Denton and from Saturday to Friday. The game will take place at 5 p.m. on Dec. 11 on ESPN3 and live at Apogee Stadium. 

Week 14

The American

  • (22) SMU vs. Houston: Postponed due to positive cases within SMU's athletic program, according to multiple reports. The news was first reported by the Houston Chronicle. Game is unlikely to be rescheduled. 

Conference USA

  • (21) UTEP vs. Southern Miss: Cancelled due to positive tests in UTEP's program. The Miners have temporarily suspended football activities after a number of positive tests before the game against Rice. The program will undergo further testing and make a later determination about the season. 

Week 13

Conference USA

  • (20) UTEP vs. Rice: Cancelled due to positive tests and contact tracing within UTEP's program. Originally postponed an hour before game time for confirmatory testing. Unlikely to be rescheduled. 

The American

  • (19) Houston vs. Tulsa: Postponed due to COVID-19 cases and contact tracing in Houston's program. Could be rescheduled for Dec. 19. 

Week 12

Big 12

  • (18) Texas vs. Kansas: Postponed due to Kansas' inability to meet the Big 12 positional minimums due to a combination of contact tracing and injuries. Game rescheduled for Dec. 12. 

The American

  • (17) SMU vs. Houston: Postponed due to COVID-19 concerns within the Houston football program due to multiple reports. Game rescheduled for Dec. 5 in Dallas. 

SEC

  • (16) Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss: Postponed due to contact tracing issues within Texas A&M's football program. The possibility of rescheduling will be evaluated. If the Aggies do not make the SEC Championship Game, the game could be rescheduled for Dec. 19. 

Conference USA

  • (15) UTEP vs. UAB: Cancelled due to rising COVID-19 cases within the Blazers program. Game will not be rescheduled. Was originally supposed to take place at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland.

Week 11

SEC

  • (14) Texas A&M at Tennessee: Postponed due to contact tracing within Texas A&M. Rescheduled for Dec. 12. The Aggies have two confirmed player cases in the program. 

Conference USA

  • (13) North Texas vs. UAB: Postponed due to issues with COVID-19 in the UAB program. Rescheduling remains on the table, but is unlikely due to UNT's full schedule. 
  • (12) Rice vs. Louisiana Tech: Postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak within La. Tech. Unlikely to be rescheduled due to Rice having a full schedule

Small College

  • West Texas A&M vs. Missouri Western: Cancelled due to COVID-19 issues. Will not be rescheduled .. 
  • Abilene Christian vs. Arizona Christian: Cancelled due to COVID-19 protocol complications at Arizona Christian. Unlikely to be rescheduled. 

Week 10

Conference USA

  • (11) North Texas vs. Louisiana Tech: Postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak within UNT. Rescheduled for Dec. 3. 
  • (10) Rice vs. UTSA: Postponed due to positive cases within the Roadrunners program. Unlikely to be rescheduled due to Rice's full schedule. 
  • (9) UTEP vs. FIU: Postponed due to the COVID-19 situation in El Paso. Unlikely to be rescheduled due to UTEP's full schedule. 

Week 9

Conference USA

  • (8) UTEP vs. North Texas: Postponed due to rising cases of COVID-19 in El Paso County. Game rescheduled for Dec. 12. 

Week 7

Big 12

  • (7) Baylor at Oklahoma State: Postponed due to rising cases of COVID-19 within Baylor's football program. Game rescheduled for Dec. 12. 

Conference USA

  • (6) UTEP vs. Southern MIss: Postponed due to rising cases of COVID-19 in El Paso County. Game rescheduled for Dec. 4. 

Week 4

AAC/Conference USA

  • (5) North Texas vs. Houston: Postponed due to COVID-19 protocol issues at North Texas. Unlikely to be rescheduled.

Week 3

Big 12/AAC

  • (4) Baylor vs. Houston: Cancelled due to outbreak of COVID-19 within Baylor football program. Game unlikely to be rescheduled. 
  • (3) Houston at Memphis: Postponed due to outbreak of COVID-19 in the Memphis football program. Rescheduled for Dec. 12. 

Week 2

Big 12/AAC

  • (2) Baylor vs. Louisiana Tech: Cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak in Louisiana Tech's program following Hurricane Laura. Game unlikely to be rescheduled.
  • (1) TCU vs. SMU: Cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak within TCU football program. Game unlikely to be rescheduled
