Cedar Hill Trinity Christain 2021 QB Shedeur Sanders (6'1, 195) committed to Florida Atlantic over offers from a collection of 25 offers nationally (Arizona State, Central Florida, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and more).

Sanders joins the sons of NFL Hall of Famers, Terrell Owens (Terique Owens), Warren Sapp (Warren Sapp II), and Michael Irvin (Michael Irvin II) on the Owls' roster.

Sanders is rated as a three-star DCTF prospect. He checks in as the No. 64 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 and the No. 10 QB in the state of Texas.

Next Level Athlete Scouting Report: Sanders is a player who shows steady improvement year over year. He has above-average arm strength and a high over the top release, but he gets the ball out quickly and shows good touch and accuracy on the intermediate routes. Sander is a threat to pull it down and run but is pass-first quarterback.

Sanders passed for 3,459 yards and scored 58 touchdowns while leading his team to the state championship in 2019.

Deion Sanders coaches his son Shedeur at Cedar Hill Trinity Christian.

Sanders' father Deion Sanders was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011 after a standout 14-year career in the NFL (Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, and the Baltimore Ravens).

His older brother (Shilo Sander) is a redshirt-freshman at South Carolina.
