Prospect on the Rise 

Highland Park 2021 LB Patrick Turner (6'2, 220) added new offers from UTSA, Furman, Navy and Penn. 

Ilinois State and ULM have also offered the two-sport standout, who also holds P5 offers in baseball. 
 
Turner, who starred at the Next Level Athlete Texas Top 100 Showcase in Dallas, racked up six sacks and 12 tackles for a loss as a junior in 2019. 

Commit of the Week

Houston added a commitment from Clear Lake 2021 CB Mark Wilson (6'0, 170)

Wilson picked UH over offers from schools like Baylor, SMU, Kansas, Vanderbilt and more. 

Underclassman of the Week

Frisco Liberty 2022 WR Evan Stewart (6'0, 160) picked up new offers from Texas, Auburn, Florida and Oklahoma this week. 

Baylor, North Texas, Kansas and Hawaii have also offered. 

Stewart was a standout at the Next Level Athlete Texas Top 100 Showcase in Dallas. 

Recruit of the Week

Dallas Skyline WR QuayDarius "Quay" Davis (6'0, 185) updated his top favorite's list, naming a Top Six: SMU, Texas, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma State and USC. 
  
Alabama and Texas A&M are now gone and replaced with SMU, LSU, and Oklahoma State.  

Davis, a one-time Texas commit, has a relationship with SMU assistant coach and former Dallas Skyline star receiver Ra'Shaad Samples. 

Davis checks in at No. 11 in the 2021 DCTF rankings.
