Prospect on the Rise

Barbers Hill 2020 OT Casey Collier (6'7, 290) announced that he was decommitting from Minnesota.

Powered by a strong senior year, Collier has started to reel in some new offers from schools like Indiana, Kansas and USC.

Collier also holds offers from schools like Arizona, Missouri, Texas Tech and Houston.

Collier has true left tackle potential and was one of the top performers at the Next Level Athlete Top 100 Showcase in Houston.

Commit of the Week

Little Elm 2020 S Ryan Watts (6'3, 185) committed to Ohio State.

The one-time Oklahoma commit selected the Buckeyes over an abundance of national offers.

Next Level Athlete Scouting Report: Watts is a long-armed and rangy defensive back prospect who has the frame of a safety and the ball skills of a cornerback. His most natural position in college will be at safety, where he can use his size to his advantage. Watts is known for his physical style of play, and he is an excellent open-field tackler.

Underclassman of the Week

Texas Tech landed a significant commitment on Tuesday in the form of Eastland 2021 QB Behren Morton (6'2, 175).

Morton is widely considered as one of the top quarterback prospects in the Lone Star State regardless of classification. He selected the Red Raiders over offers from schools like Baylor, SMU, TCU, Texas A&M and USC.

Next Level Athlete Scouting Report: Plays at a smaller school in WestTexas but has big school talent. He is an intelligent quarterback who processes information quickly. He's a pocket passer but agile enough to be productive outside of the pocket when needed. He can make all the throws.

Recruit of the Week

Highland Park 2020 DE Prince Dorbah (6'3, 210) earned and accepted an invitation to play in the 2020 All-American Bowl.

Dorbah will play in the annual East vs. West match-up on Saturday, January 4, 2020, in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

The Bowl will be nationally televised live on NBC and will feature a portion of the nation's top 100 high school football players.

Dorbah is verbally committed to play his college football at Texas.
