Prospect on the Rise

This week we focus in on DeSoto WR Lawrence Arnold (6'4, 180).

Arnold was a stand out at the state 7-on-7 tournament, where he used his size and leaping ability to play over the top of defenses. He scored an abundance of touchdowns during the two days of action in College Station.

Arnold is considering offers from schools like Colorado, Purdue, Iowa State, Illinois, Kansas, Boston College, Utah, Kansas State and Missouri.

Commit of the Week

Texas picked up a commitment from Highland Park OLB/DE Prince Dorbah (6'3, 210).

Dorbah picked the Longhorns over offers from Alabama, Baylor, LSU, Ohio State and Oklahoma.

Next Level Athlete Scouting Report: Dorbah is best suited to be an edge-rusher in college. He is extremely athletic and will chase down ball carriers. Dorbah is technically sound and uses his hands well to re-direct blockers and make plays in traffic. We see great potential as he gains bulk and adds strength in college.

Underclassman of the Week

This week's top underclassman is Bellaire Episcopal 2021 OL Donovan Jackson (6'4, 310).

Jackson took home OL MVP honors at The Opening Finals in Frisco and named his Top 12.

Jackson is most seriously considering offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Michigan, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Stanford and Tennessee.

Recruit of the Week

Frisco Reedy 2020 OL Nathan Anderson (6'5, 265) accepted an invitation to play in the Under Armour All-America Game.

Anderson, who is rated as DCTF four-star prospect and checks in at No. 35 in the Class of 2020 rankings, is committed to playing his college ball at Oklahoma.
