Over the past ten days, Amarillo Tascosa 2020 DE/OLB LB Moore (6'3, 215) picked up four new Power Five conference offers from Baylor, Kansas, Texas Tech, and Purdue.
Additionally, schools like Alabama and Notre Dame have been showing a strong interest.
Texas ramped up its recruitment of the talented edge defender on Thursday by contacting the Amarillo Tascosa coaching staff and extending Moore an invitation to a junior day event in February.
Texas assistant coach (defensive line) Oscar Giles is running point in Moore's recruitment.
Moore was an All-District selection in 2018 after he racked up 116 tackles, 17 tackles for a loss, and 14.5 sacks.
