On Friday, Texas added a commitment from Prosper 2020 OT Jake Majors (6'4, 280)

Majors picked the 'Horns over offers from schools like Stanford, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Utah, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, and Washington.

Majors lined up at OT for Prosper but could play up and down the offensive front in college.

Next Level Athlete rates Majors as one of the top offensive line prospects in the state in the Class of 2020.

"Majors plays with an edge," the scouting report reads. "He is a great finisher. He explodes out of his stance on the first step. He maintains good foot and fire balance and show good strength at the point of contact. He is a technically sound offensive lineman. Balanced."

Majors cites that a solid relationship with Texas OL coach Herb Hand played strongly into his decision-making process.
