Week 12 Player of the Week: Houston Lutheran South QB Patrick Gonzales
Lutheran South QB takes home statewide honors for Week 12 of the 2015 Texas high school football season.
Congratulations to Houston Lutheran South QB Patrick Gonzales, the Week 12 winner of the Mr. Texas Football Player of the Week award, presented by Wells Fargo. The 6-1, 195-pound senior threw for 668 yards and nine touchdowns and added a rushing touchdown in the Pinoeers’ 83-68 win over Bishop Gorman.
Lutheran South fans can also be praised for their part in this honor, as they voted often enough to make sure that Sam received the most votes in the poll on TexasFootball.com.
