Rodgers' Recruiting Report names annual Preseason All-Academic team

Most of the time, recruiting is about heights, weights, 40-times and eye-popping stats. But the classroom is important, too, and DCTF's recruiting analyst, Randy Rodgers, has released his third annual Preseason All-Academic Team for the state of Texas.
The Rodgers Recruiting Report is recognizing rising seniors (class of 2010) who have a grade point average of 3.0 or better and a test score of at least 1000 (SAT) or 21 (ACT). Players were nominated by their high school coaches and counselors. From here on out, it works like a standard preseason/postseason team: a first-team offense and defense, a second-team offense and defense, and a list of honorable mentions.
