Cibolo Steele 2025 WR Royal Capell (5'10, 170) committed to Oklahoma State over offers from Baylor, Cincinnati, Oklahoma, Oregon and more.
"I picked Oklahoma State," Capell said. "I feel like I could come in and make an impact with them graduating four possibly five receivers."
Capell is fresh from an eye-opening official visit to Stillwater, where he sat down with head coach Mike Gundy and offensive coordinator Kasey Dunn to discuss how he fits in with the scheme.
"The best part of the visit was sitting down with Coach Dunn and Gundy, seeing where I fit in and how genuine Coach (Gundy) was," Capell said.
Capell is rated as the No. 86 prospect overall in the 2025 DCTF RISING Hot 100.
Capell collected 59 receptions for 788 yards and five touchdowns as a junior in 2023.
