It was as hotly contested a Player of the Week ballot as we have ever seen on TexasFootball.com. But with more than 100,000 votes cast, the winner of the Week 13 Gridiron Legends Player of the Week is...
Wolfforth Frenship RB D'Maujeric Tucker.
Tucker was outstanding in leading the Tigers to a win over Waco, shaking off a foot injury to run for a whopping 386 yards and three touchdowns for the Tigers.
Tucker narrowly beat out New Boston's Jeff Gladney for the honor. Tucker is now on the ballot for the Gridirion Legends High School Player of the Year, to be awarded at halftime of the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas.
